Abdul Rehman lives with his family in the slum area of Bhiwandi. Abdul Rehman’s father is a loom worker who barely earns around $120 monthly. With that income, it is difficult to support a family of 9.

His mother suffers from kidney stones, and doctors advised her to undergo surgery. But due to their financial condition, they could not afford to treat his mother, so the youngest sibling was given up for adoption when he was 20 days old to pay for his mother’s surgery.

Abdul Rehman’s father is mindful of the benefits of education and wants to give them a decent education. Abdul Rehman’s dream is to become a software engineer.
