Age 14

Musahib lives in the slum community of Bhiwandi, India, and comes from a large family of 8. His parents are separated, and his father is an alcoholic, which has caused a substantial financial and emotional toll on Musahib’s family. His mother works from home for $1.20 per day. 

Musahib and his siblings strive to get a better future and have enrolled at Udaan. Musahib is very intelligent and hopes to one day become a pilot officer. Sponsoring Musahib would provide him with an opportunity to realize this dream.
