Age 13

Siba lives in Bhiwandi with her parents and siblings. Siba's father is an alcoholic and does not provide for his family financially, leaving this burden to Siba's mother. Siba's mother works hard, earning less than $2 a day as a seamstress out of their home. Siba and her sisters were making jewelry to sell and help support the family when her mother heard about Udaan. She is supportive of her receiving an education, and she enrolled her daughters.

Siba's dream is to become a police officer and a strong person. Siba needs the support of a generous donor to help her continue to pursue her dreams.
